Reversal Policies

If you need to cancel your purchase online without any fees, you can only do so on the same day of the purchase by calling +57 315 ​​621 2648 (hours: 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays).

Reversals of online purchases that are in any of these cases:

  • You were the subject of fraud.
  • It was an unsolicited transaction.
  • The purchased product is not received.
  • The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested, does not meet the inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information provided about it.
  • The product is defective.

 

For reversals, the Company will have 15 business days from the moment the necessary documents applicable to each case are received and approved. This complaint must be submitted within five (5) business days following the date on which the consumer was informed of the fraudulent or unsolicited transaction, or on which he should have received the product or received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested. See here decree 587 of 2016.

For these cases you must send to info@foods4kid.com, the attached form with the following information. (Download reversal request form):

Basis of the reversal request (the client must explain the reason for his request, in a clear, precise, timely and truthful manner).

  1. Indicate the reason that supports the request, which can only be one of the following options:
    1. He was the object of Fraud.
    2. It was an unsolicited transaction.
    3. The purchased product is not received.
    4. The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested, does not comply with the inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information provided about it.
    5. The product is defective.
  2. Value for which the reversal is requested.
  3. Attach a copy of the transaction (voucher or proof of payment with number, date and time)
  4. Attach a copy of the identity document of the owner of the payment method with which the purchase was made.
  5. Attach certification of the bank account with which the transaction was made. Expired statements or copies are not accepted.
