How much sugar is in sweetened cereals?

In the supermarket you find a variety of colors and dolls that captivate the attention and palate of young and old. But, do you know the real amount of sugar you are consuming?

The average is 25 grams or more per 30g serving of product. An amount that is easily exceeded by a child and an adult and that exceeds the current OMS recommendations (less than 10% of total daily energy intake) and the American Heart Association, which is less than 25 grams per day, thus increasing the probability of being overweight, obesity, diabetes mellitus, metabolic diseases and tooth decay by 80%.
